How Can I Run GMod Without The Borders In Window Mode?

Ok, I've worked out how to do it with -noborder.

But how can I drag the window along to my second monitor?

I only wanted to do this because when I click on something on my other monitor it minimizes the game, then when i go back on it, it takes ages.

If you are running windows 7 you can just do win+shift+arrow key towards the monitor. Otherwise right click on the game in the taskbar and move should work.
