Seems like the big problem here is that they're rushing content out. I'm not talking about the level designers/artists, mind, but the QA department; this DLC could easily have waited another month while they ironed out the other problems that still appear in the vanilla game. Seriously though, how have they not fixed the sound cutting out on Golmund Railway and Lancang Dam? I love the game but that drives me insane.

How about instead of rushing to get more content out, you actually test the shit first? There's a novel idea You've only compounded the problems

I don't think they did an PAT (Product Acceptance Testing) at all.. The multiplayer levels are very poorly designed and the overall game just feels like Call of duty mixed in with battlefield now, it's very boring.

I don't know why you say this as if it's objectively true.

Even the damn beta (which barely ran on my PC) felt nothing like CoD, or even BF3. Though DICE really need to test the fuck out of their games more, every single thing they've released since Frostbite became their core engine has had massively game breaking launch bugs.
The maps in terms of layout are fine, and definitely an improvement on Battlefield 3's mindless meatgrinders. The main issue I've had in my ~100 hours of gameplay so far is the number of vehicles they cram into maps that are just too small to support them well.
They did, or at least they said they did, in the patch today.
It's not fixed for me.

That's not an inherent flaw, mind, but it's kind of a shame to see 95% of servers all capped at 64 players rather than having some good 32/48 caps.

They're stuck in a loop of hurting themselves while trying to earn as much of a profit as possible because the way they attempted to do so on the last game they released sets them back, which then hurts them in the next game they release because people are mad about the previous release. Repeat, repeat, repeat,.
or b) dice has consistently been really incompetent at balancing and bugfixing their games
Seriously. How is nobody noticing this? DICE have never had a smooth launch outside of Mirrors Edge (which would be spectacular if they broke it seeing as it's UE3 (I think, sounds right)). This has little to do with EA rushing them.
I'm mad they didn't actually put the premium DLC on sale like the "origin insider" on reddit said. Fuck reddit. Games fun but my friend who has it on a HDD loads it like 30 seconds faster than me and my game is on a SSD, why does this game take so long to load?!

If not then they wouldn't have been giving us a beta for bug squashing as the game's discs were being printed. If they weren't rushing then they would have said Look we need more time. But no. Someone somewhere doesn't know what they're doing and my guess is it's a suit or suits at EA that only listen to $
They did, or at least they said they did, in the patch today.
Nope, I'm also getting that issue in the new DLC.
im getting the bug where non premiums have to wait 2 weeks before the already finished and distributed content is given to the other players who already paid for the dlc but didnt get the season pass
This of it like this, premium members get to pay extra to beta test the content for you.
This of it like this, premium members get to pay extra to beta test the content for you.
I keep seeing people saying this but when has this ever been the case? by the time non-premium's get it, it's still a beta, IE: every BF3 DLC ever.
One thing I've always fucking hated was the fact that they use a shitty HTML based launch and multiplayer browser which runs fucking horribly.
