I just switched Windows themes and now all the title bar text in Chrome is bold:

I've tried Googling this SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS and not one fucking person has had a remotely similar problem. Any ideas?
That would be your theme doing it
yeah it's your windows theme, try switching to cleartype and see if it helps.
