Probably a joke in some form, maybe that one long Texasian (?) chili contest joke, or maybe the "you know you've been in Finland too long when" -list or the "Finnish temperatures" -joke or the D&D diplomacy joke in one LotR themed webcomic or... There are many (yet few) things that have made me laugh 'til I've felt like I'd never recover.

The Texas chili contest one is pretty good
The first thing I could think of was the time I made my friend wet herself by laughing and making her laugh and we couldn't stop.

Was playing a video game with a few friends when a friend of a friend came into vent. He's retired US. Army, and my other friend is retired Marine core. Army guy says to the marine guy "Oh, you're a marine, how do you say "OOrah" with a dick in your mouth?" Marine guy says "Oh, I donno, how about we ask a navy guy?"

I don't think i've ever laughed at a reaction video, 90% of them play their reaction out to be funny and it never is.
The funniest thing I've ever seen is probably shit me and my friends do.
The funniest thing i've seen that anyone here would know about is remi gallard on youtube.
Real life reactions are way better, like when my friend showed a bunch of kids in my geometry class pain series today.
