I got a bad rash, but do it look like Wilson the Volleyball from Castaway?

I got a rash somehow yesterday and today when my brother was over he told me why i had a tatoo of Wilson the Volleyball on the back of my legg.

I said it looked nothing like wilson, so he sent me this image.

It looks like a flame more than anything. I would get it checked out, it could be a potentially harmful rash to form that way.
