Serious problem with heat: Temperatures over 100 celcius degrees!

The picture should be enough to tell that my pc is burning itself.
So anyone here who knows how to kill the high temps?
Alternative problem is, my pc doesn't seem to know about such thing as overheat shutdown/warning.

And yeah yeah, i am using a laptop to play shit, but this was not such a problem before.
My laptop was having high temps before too, but they were around 80c and only under high stress and shit.
Currently i have 70-80c when almost idling.
Help, advice or anything is appreciated.
