We've upgraded from just pressing W on our keyboards to holding our analog sticks forward! Can't wait to hear the story behind this one!

It's more strain, you can't use a small rock to do it.
You know, with all this "PS4/XBox One" Exclusiveness bullshit going on someone is bound to create an emulator. The consoles are x86 and use PC components and I'm guessing it can't be that hard to crack it to work on a PC.
I've never understood why game companies choose to restrict themselves to single platforms or consoles only, They'd make more money if they released on more platforms

Exclusives are made to be a console-seller and are funded and supported by Sony/Microsoft to be made. They're usually much more polished because they don't have to be ported or separately developed for other consoles or PCs. It kinda sucks, but how else would a console sell? Also they'll probably make more money by it being exclusive because of the contract by Sony or whatever, and they can market it much easier than if they were doing it independently.
Also, Thechineseroom will probably port it to PC later on if Sony isn't too restrictive on its exclusivity, all their other games are on PC.

It's nice to know emulation is so easy and simple and totally isn't extremely complicated and hardware intensive
