I would have to say PC, buttt.
At the moment I am showing favouratism to the 360.
It's because you can be guarenteed on Xbox Live that everyone has the same specs, which means the games are optimal for everyone, not just the spoilt fag that has a 2k gaming rig.
But, PCs can be updated regularly and are getting better by the day.

Xbox 360; though I haven't played a PS3 yet. My PC is too damn old to play anything that's out now; hell it struggles to play Half-Life 2.
I will say that I prefer a mouse and keyboard to a controller for FPS every time though.
