My laptop has similar specs and it didn't run it all too well. You will have to turn everything low and change the resolution most likely. Actually I am trying to recall how mine ran it. You may be able to play a little bit higher than I stated. But like others said, don't expect max settings.
Probably high (no AA) settings on full resolution going at around 30 FPS, give or take 5 FPS.

The GTX285M is one of the most high end notebook cards. [url=http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-285M.23822.0.html]Runs Crysis on high at 50 fps[/url], and Crysis 2 doesn't appear to be more demanding.
