I've been looking around the "Post your desktop" threads and I've seen some that have like "Saturday, random time and the day" Is it rainmeter or something else. A example is here, follow the link.

Yes I think that is rainmeter.
If you like that clean organized look I also recommend looking into bbLean. It's very modifiable so you can make it suit your needs.
