Tegra 3 isn't that good anyway.
But are they cheap as chips?
Because you can easily buy a crate of Allwinner A10's without making a big dent in your wallet, even though they're quite slow single cpu core SOC's running at measly 1ghz.

the lower end priced chips might be still dominant in certain fields in the embedded market.
What Intel is looking for is to tackle the mobile and tablet market with mid to high end arms are dominating in.
What you'll probably see is low power 8 core mobile chips each clocked at 1Ghz, not sure about the cache size.
