Sometimes I can't right click and sometimes the forms don't generate properly.
It usually fixes itself if I close some apps (could be any app, not a specific one)
This problem seems familiar as if I've had it before, but I don't see anything on Google. :confused:

Try closing one thing at a time and see if anything changes.
Also ensure your drivers are up to date.
Have a screen?
I really do not understand what the problem is.
There's nothing to take screenshot off, only maybe this one time where there was nothing inside the window.
I sometimes can't click on anything on the startmenu, as if it's loading but it won't load until I close a few apps.
It won't let me right click or maybe a tree don't generate all the values, so it's like

Right now the program I'm using (Record and Reason 4) says it went out of memory and now I can't do shit. The explorer GUI is not responsive and neither is the program. But it didn't freeze or anything.

Closed a few windows and now it's working again.
I have 4gb of ram on this laptop and it's using 77% of it at the moment.
Ram would come to mind. Also GDI could be acting a bitch.
Ram issue I dunno how you're running out of it with 4gb but it is a ram issue.

How many processes are you running?

I have 3GB of ram on Win7 x64 and I have no problems with opening up a ton of windows. The start menu still appears correctly and your problem doesn't happen for me. (BTW 75 processes)

This is starting to happen on my main computer now. The forms seem to generate properly but I can't open any context menus unless I close a bunch of apps.

Apparently forms do not generatre properly either sometimes.
You don't seem to have many processes running but maybe they're using up alot of RAM.
Also try testing to see if the RAM is malfunctioning somehow.
Run memtest if you have it/can get it, or type "windows memory diagnostic" into the start menu and hit enter. Follow instructions.
Faulty RAM seems to screw up these kind of things.
