My mom needs an "all in one" computer. Something like the ASUS EEE Touchscreen series. Here's an example.

It's for a business. Doesn't need to be powerful because all it's going to do is be able to do simple applications. The only requirement is it has to be touchscreen and it has to have touchscreen and preferred to be no larger then 17 inches (but if you could find something better then yeah, it's cool). I think that's the cheapest it'll get.
these two are a bit more $ and have a dual core so they're a bit faster

I've looked at those. It's doesn't need to be powerful. Single core would do, just need something that'll work with QuickBook.
then just get the one you posted in the OP, price isn't that bad for what you get.
never heard of Averatec, and OP said under 17" that screen is 18.4"
I preferred it to be under 17 but 18 would do.

Averatec is fine also both of yours are 20".

I'm an idiot for not noticing that they were 20"
I apologize for my stupidity.

Eh, might as well get an Acer Revo from BestBuy (Same price as on NewEgg) for $220 (Tax and all that included) and a touchscreen monitor from eBay. Maybe an external hard drive incase something burns out. Sounds good?

I would go with one with an optical drive.
Couldn't I just buy an external optical drive?
Well would you prefer Windows 7 on it?

Yeah but it is nicer to have one built imo so do whatever you want.

Nah, it doesn't really matter if it's Windows 7 or not. As long as it runs and has touchscreen.

What is the need for a touch screen because they seem fairly gimmicky.
It's for business. It makes my mom's job easier then grabbing a mouse and clicking a bunch of stuff.

Ahhh i can see it in a business setting then.
Well Windows 7 supposedly has better "Touch Support".
It doesn't have to have great touch screen support because there isn't going to be much touching it at one time. As long as it registers 1 hit then it'll work.
