If you've ever used speccy or anything else in safe mode, you'll know that graphics cards don't seem to be 'registered' in safe mode. I'm trying to solve an error to do with my graphics card by updating my drivers, however because my PC is in safe mode it won't detect the graphics card and just doesn't install. I can't do it without safe mode because my PC won't run outside of safe mode.
