I don't understand why it's on a 3ds instead of the wii u platform.
Wii U should get a Mario Party game that you can play with friends online and use the gamepad to talk to them since it has a camera and microphone.
That way when the star moves right in front of you, your friend doesn't beat you with his controller, he can just yell angry words at you through a gamepad :v:

Probably because it will bring in more sales and players. The Wii U isn't heavily popular unlike the 3DS, so making it for the 3DS would secure success.
Holy shit I was just talking to my friend yesterday about how it would be awesome for a Mario Party game to be on the 3DS.
