nope, there are several things skeptical about this besides what games.
One, is the 99 price tag for what they are asking.
Two, how much will go into production with 4 million not being enough they claim to build it and support it.
Three, a more detailed explanation on what makes it hacker friendly.

Ouya is running android and it can be rooted.
Do you think people will have even the slightest amount of trouble pirating games on it? Hell I wouldn't even be suprised if they manage to get the games to run on tablets and smartphones running android.

It is probably going to use standart android apks, so it will take less than a few minutes
