Will this laptop run TF2?

I want to get a new laptop, but I am wondering if this laptop will do...
Specs;

AMD Athlon II 2.2GHz (Dual-Core)
3GB DDR3 RAM
ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4250 w/ 256MB Dedicated vRAM (1405MB total Graphics memory) @500MHz
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
320GB 54k RPM HDD

Can someone tell me if I can run TF2 on this computer, and if so, what quality of details and how many FPS on that quality setting e.g. (On Medium, x FPS)

If it matters, the WEI Scores are close to the following;

Processor: 5.2
Memory: 5.5
Windows Aero Performance: 4.1
3D Gaming & Business Performance: 5.1
Hard Disk: 5.5

Maybe on very low. With a FPS config I'd say >60 frames per second.

Yes. I managed to run it fairly well on an old Inspiron 1501 (single core AMD CPU, 1.5GB RAM)
