So... Why release it then?
Windows Store is 1 % "Play anywhere" and 99% "Don't play at all".
how could anyone thing this was a good idea.
how could anyone thing this was a good idea.
I guess if you get it for Xbox One and can do cross platform like GoW4
I guess if you get it for Xbox One and can do cross platform like GoW4
tbh if this doesn't have cross-plat then I'm going to die laughing Microsoft can't accept that steam is the biggest for a reason. [editline]4th November 2016[/editline] they need to get over themselves when it comes to PC games without steam I doubt we'd have as many people running windows gaming machines as we see today
for fuck sake.. now they just want to divide the PC gaming community even more and have their own "Pc exclusive". fuck this shit, fuck windows store, it's Games for windows live but with a better (or not) design. There's no fucking reason for this to happens, there's no difference in hardware like a crossplay between PS4 and xbox one, there's no "unfair" controls because Keyboard and mouse compared to Pad for console, why why and why?
It was Activision call not Microsoft. Look for the update
Reminds me of when Borderlands 2 on the Mac. There's cross-platform multiplayer, guys! If you play it on Steam. There's also an App Store version that has like less than 20 people on at any given time.
Yeah this was a stupid move from Activision. Either release it one or the other. Preferably Steam, but I don't mind the Windows Store. I have never had a single bad experience with it and I quite like the Xbox features it brings along. Obviously, though, tons of people have so a Steam-only release would've been a much better idea.
