15 year old friend hates their country and wants to come here to Canada, advice?

Hello Facepunch I have a question. I have a friend that lives in Israel that really despises it, I told her about the Rotary club exchange program and she seems interested. But I'm scared that if she attempts it that they might not accept it.

I am looking for alternatives if that fails mostly. Her parents and mine are good friends so we are willing to take her in while she goes to school here but I don't know if that's very legal. Shes 15 right now and that's the min for the Rotary club. So yeah any advice Facepunch people?

I thought rotary clubs were all about accepting people, but then again I never really got what they are about. A friend was in one here and all the stuff there for the program seemed pretty easy, but well, brazil is not the same as israel

do they have student visas, or whatever they're called, that let you stay in the country legally while you're enrolled in school, in canada, or would she have to go through a different legal system?

Yeah I see that now, that might work, she just needs to fill out some forms really.
