Sent a friend Garrysmod gift though steam 30ish hours ago. Still no "you got gift" popup on their end, and on my end it still says "sent" in status, but when I go to resend through steam it says "*** already owns this game".
Ideas?

Re-send it via e-mail. It should Pop-Up then.
