You could try googling video capturing software.
First of all, puny threats are not welcomed here,
Second of all, I recommend FRAPS or Gamecam,(if you have xFire just use that and set the FPS limit to 30 during recording in the software applications
EDIT: Who ever is spamming Bad spelling do fuck off, Milky if this is you, it means fix your fucking spelling as mine is correct
You could have a go at using the source recorder, here's a tutorial:

it applies for any source game so don't be put off that he's using CS:S.
Buy fraps, fuck the source recorder.
This.
fraps is very good, make sure you capture it at 60fps for smooth playback and if you want to edit it.
When I was recording for my video I wasn't monitoring how much space these videos took, and I nearly filled up my 500gb and had 500mb left :O thats when my pc started to lag like a mofo, so watch your harddrive and how much room the videos take up

What the fuck..?
:gonk:
Wegame.
What the fuck. Why is everyone so retarded to recommend fraps? Fraps sucks dick, is shit with recording sound, records lag and the list goes on.
With source recorder however you can record as much explosions/physics as you want and then play it back at a steady 60 frames per second.
Also source recorder is a bit harder to work with but if you know how to control it you are better off with source recorder then fraps.
Xfire.
I use WeGame
Dudes, why the fuck tell him how to use those? Now he will make shitty ragdoll poses video that you can see on youtube by typing in : GMOD.
I can get good recording using Xfire
Xfire or FRAPS are your best bet. You could also use Procaster from Livestream and just record the footage.

Source Recorder dont work properly with GMod spawnmenu, for example...
Source recorder is awesome. Such a high framerate and perfect quality.
Guys,so what should i use?Source recorder?Fraps?Xfire?I downloading all but can't decide.
And P.S I planning to make vids with them, not stupid ragdoll poses.
Ah I see you ran back to this thread after creating another.
You could just record in source recorder then play back the video in gmod and then video that with fraps r xfire
Make sure you get the pro version of fraps as it has very high quality videos
so go with fraps pro:350:
Where to get source recorder?
The source recorder is built in any game that uses the source engine, you dont 'get it'.
Use the source recorder if you don't want to cough up $37 for fraps.
Good thing I got fraps when it was $5, and that it has free updates for life...

I find FRAPS is useful in Source games because there is quite a powerful demo recording function. I record a demo, then play it back while using FRAPS. This means that even though my system can't really handle FRAPS recording, it still records however many FPS I want, despite my screen actually only showing maybe 5-10 FPS.
Here's a Wiki on the Source demo recording console commands and menus:
