I'll only give my seat up for someone pregnant, cast legs or 40+ years more than me (My ride is nearly 3x longer than others).
If its not obvious, its your job to notify others.
Also isn't it a security risk using Bluetooth?

That would involve talking to people and if there's something you learn from being a resident of the United Kingdom, it's that people do not fucking bother talking to others and instead piss and moan about a problem they could've solved if they used their mouth.
