My specs are i5 4570S, GTX 970, 16gb DDR3 1600 ram, and I'm running it off a 7200rpm harddrive on windows 10. I'm running it maxed at 1920x1080 and it runs perfectly fine. It has mouse support on the title screen which already makes it better optimized than most japanese games on steam but I'm playing with a PS4 controller.
if you're worried about it being unoptimized, it isn't

of course but I posted it to show that it still runs fine on those specs as opposed to something so poorly optimized it would run like shit on it

If by "perfectly fine" you mean at a locked 30 fps.

Reposting from WAYT, pretty disgusting but it's optional so.
Hope the game is good, haven't played any of the Tales before.
Played about an hour of it, seems pretty good so far. Runs fine with no stuttering on my dual-core. Controls are fine with my Logitech controller, but I didn't try mouse/keyboard. I like the graphics and the art style, especially on the small dialogue cutscenes between characters. Battle system is different from the other Tales games I played (Phantasia, Symphonia, Abyss), but it's not bad, though I do prefer the old one. Haven't gotten far enough into the game to judge the story.
Bandai namco game? probably a shit port.

Other than the 30 fps lock, there isn't anything wrong with it outside of a few bugs the devs are aware of and should be fixed later today or tomorrow.
