It costs almost 84 PLN, while for instance NFS: Rival costs 100 PLN.
As of exchange rate, 20€ currently is worth around $26-28, though about two years ago it was worth over $32.

I've gotten more time out of minecraft than I have with any AAA titles other than MMOs and bethseda games. Not sure why it's not worth it.

To be fair the amount of shit you can do justifies the price, but for most of the people who've owned it since Alpha it does seem expensive. But that's because we paid less. We're kinda spoiled.
I bought minecraft like 4 years ago for like 18 bucks USD i think, I definitely have gotten my monies worth over the years.

You can do a lot of shit in Gmod for example but that doesn't mean it should cost 30$.

So I thought I'd try this game again with this update.
So I spawn in a Savannah next to the roofed forest biome thing. However, there was a pit of lava and lots of the grass stuff in the Savannah.
So whilst I was building a house out of the new Acacia wood which isn't as ugly as jungle wood, the game started to slow down a bit. Then I turned around to see that the entire forest had set on fire and the game was going at 1 fps now.
Then it crashed.

I have an imagination. But I can only pretend I'm playing a fun game for so long before I realize it's just the same grind fest as alpha

I find it considerably more fun getting together friends and playing a Chaos PVP server i.e. one without "no griefing" rules

In Minecrafts defense, Gmod started as a mod and has been around longer before the actual release. Garry didn't have to create a completely new game from scratch.
I bought Minecraft several years ago in the Alpha, it was worth it. I played quite a lot over the years and I had great fun building stuff with friends.

i hate minecraft and find it boring as shit even with mods, but it is probably the best 10 european currency i have ever spent on a game.
i have got a shitload of time out of it, and for a while it was legitimately fun for me and my friends
I like playing minecraft for the casual shit-building part. I never play survival and any update that adds more content to use for building is good for me.
