The only one I've found so far is the LG GT400 (200$) but it doesn't seem too promising. Anything other than that?
There are none. IMO smartphones are a gimmick.
I have a free smart phone on a contract for £20 a month with unlimited texts and 2 hours of calls. That's not a fortune. I got it on Orange. The contract lets you choose a phone out of the ones available. The best cost money but I'm pretty happy with the one I got.

HTC HD2 is great, cheap as shit through T-Mobile right now. Ships with Windows Mobile 6.5, upgradable to WinMo 7 when it comes out. It can also run Ubuntu, as well as Android.
I rather phones with a keyboard on them, I can't stand touch keyboards.
The LG Voyager. Not sure the price nowadays but i have had it for 2 years and it's pretty darn sexy. :Smug: Plus you can get that FloTV thing on it so TV anywhere is a plus. But its not really a smartphone, but it is touchscreen with a keyboard.

I used to have an LG GW525 which was a Touch Screen phone with a physical keyboard.
Phones don't have to be computers. They shouldn't be a brick that you need to carry around in your pocket. They should be an accessory of some sort, like a watch or voice activated thing that has the capability to contact people with a lot less hassle. Phones have become portable computers, which is what people now look for in a phone.
