tbh polling facepunch about rape is probably going to be a biased sample. make sure this isn't the only place you survey.

I mean if you cant find any evidence what so ever its either a really really well thought out and planned crime or they're just false accusations. if there is no evidence there is no case, you cant compromise a punishment for someone who might be innocent.
