This is a question that has perplexed me and my friends ever since one of us brought it up. I know this'll get AT LEAST one dumb (either for thinking this is stupid or that I just mentioned it), but is the concept possible?

I don't blame you for asking though, I remember about a month or so I asked a few of my friends if they thought in different languages and they do. Pretty obvious when you think about it, as if everyone thought in the same language everyone could speak the same language surely.
