$800 Budget Desktop

What I want to play: Mostly source games, such as Orange Box and L4D2.
Monitor size: IDK yet.
Anything I'm reusing?: Not that I know of quite yet, but I'm sure my uncle, who does this kind of thing, probably has something.

All I want this desktop built around is the video card, and the video card would be anything equal or greater than in power to an nVidia GTX 260M graphics card without extending past $300. I had my eye on the Radeon 5770, but since it's less costly than the 260 I'm a bit skeptical. I really just want everything else to be able to run source, unreal, avalanche, etc. and to work with the video card.

Edit: TBH I want it less than $800, but $800 is my cap. I won't mind a whole lot if it's a few dollars over $800 or anything, but seeing something around the $700 mark would be nice.

I got no idea what you want for your keyboard, monitor, and headset. Maybe you can just reuse your current ones?
