You kept up with everything for being "out of the game" sometimes people start threads with 8800gts or 9800gts. Also if you have 2 monitors go with the 5770 if you have 1 go with the 4890.
I have a 8800GT thank you very much lol. But yes I have 1 monitor, so the 4890 would be the best decision?

I am not dissing the 8800gt it is still fine but some how people find the 8800gt at over a hundred dollars and for that much you can get a better card.

I know this isn't as cheap(w/ rebate) but it has better cooling so you can overclock the crap out of it

Na that is paying extra for something you can do you self. Just go with the other and you should be able to get the core to like 900mhz or higher. Also CCC has a nice overclocking tab.
