Admitting your mistakes only matters if you improve when given a second chance. As far as I know, Molyneux has apologized for over-hyping games numerous times through his career.

If Peter could deliver on any of his promises, he would be one of the best developers. He has the enthusiasm, he just rarely delivers.

The PC version, as of a couple months ago, wouldn't be a terrible mobile game. However, the mobile version is not the PC version.
