And with decently I mean [i]ATLEAST[/i] 30 FPS with everything set to medium.

It should run fine.
I'd guess it does +30fps with DX10-High.
E: At that resolution you should get pretty high framerates at high.
You can run it on high DX10, antialiasing 2 with maybe 30-40 fps.
It's better than my pc, and I play it fairly smoothly, on pretty high settings (not [I]quite[/I] max).
