Why is it when ShackNews talks about the Wii U, they always use the same really old image?

I hope they at least replace the really old ass menu screen from the Wii that was really clumsy and claustrophobic feeling.

It was neat and simple but it was ugly as hell and it felt like I was gaming in the 90s (Which surprisingly had better menus)
