My computer just talked to me. I know Im not crazy and it sounds like the virus is using the text-to-speech function. First it said"How is your day." Then it told me to" Give me all of your money." wtf, how do I get rid of this.

But seriously, is it actually doing anything apart from that because it sounds like to me that you've just got one of these prank files on there and a friend is on the other side.
I didn't download anything, and none of my friends are that smart.
You may have a RAT (Remote administration tool), this allows the hacker to do pretty much anything with your computer, such as copying files, playing sounds and in this case they may be using the text-to-speech function.
Just install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and a decent anti-virus and scan your computer, in safe mode where it is not connected to the internet.

like jasun said its a rat. some guy on youtube gave it to me once. Malware Bytes can help. And also get a decent internet anti virus like commodo.
Scan with an anti-virus like MSE and anti-malware like Malwarebytes.
