Well, this is going to be a huge plus for people who were looking to buy one of the ARM tablets, instead of the pro versions.
My only question is, is the ARM version really worth it? Wouldn't people be better off just buying an android tablet?

Depends on what you want to use it for. WinRT will most likely be ahead of android, it also includes office from the get go. And is most likely going to talk a fair bit better with windows services like skydrive, etc.

It works on Windows 7 regardless of an AMD processor. Unless they made it a requirement.
some apps in bluestacks run really bad tough
