If you could sign a bill dissolving the US so each state was a sovereign nation, would you? If you think about it, there could be a lot of benefits (no more military spending, federal taxes) but a lot of infrastructure could also have funding issues, and there's the risk of interstate war. So would you?

No. Would I decentralize power from Washington, making the states of the U.S. less bound by federal legislation and letting the people living in each individual state have bigger influence on what laws they are to live under, and if they dislike those laws, have freedom to move to a state where the laws don't suck? Yes. State law should be above federal law, in my world view.
