Let's be honest. I play a lot of FIFA and get miffed they released seperate games for different competitions in the past like European Championship, World Cup and Champions League. If it means it's 50% cheaper than the original game then fine.
Perfect example at how dlc should be used.
Genuinely surprised considering it's an ea title
EA has always been whoring FIFA out. I remember when they made like a fucking billion games for all of the different UK clubs:
I dunno about you, but I think FIFA's actually a pretty good game and pretty much improves every single year in terms of technical stuff and features. There was a dark period between like 2002 and 2006 where PES was better but with 2012 it's on form without a doubt.
It's definitely the smarter move.
I'm OK with this
This is a great move, but I hope they don't cheap out just because it's DLC and just make a "Euro 2012" mode.
This gives it all the more reason to come to the PC, now that the PC finally has the same version as the consoles. The only thing this platform needs is support for the European Championship/World Cup games.
Would be cool if FIFA was moddable for the PC but then again, who would mod a sports game?

I would.
