Replaced mobo and processor on vista, stuck on startup repair.

So yeah basically what the title says. My new processor is an AMD Phenom II x4 955 and my new mobo is an ASROCK K10N78M Pro. Startup repair will run and then say that if I installed any new hardware it should be removed, and only let me turn off my computer. I get an option when I boot to do an "Instant Flash" which says "No BIOS file found". I'm assuming I have to reinstall my BIOS but I don't know where I'd get one or how to install it in startup repair.

Fixed it, I had to change the disk drive it booted from.
