Chrome won't play mp3 links, insists I download them instead. Any help?

If I try to listen to mp3's off a website like this, I can't play them within the browser, it tries to make me download them. Is it possible to make them just play within the browser?
open them with your favorite media player. Even if you do play them in a browser you're still downloading them just to the temp folder instead of wherever else.
Make sure you have .mp3 assossiated with windows media player, otherwise you can install quicktime; that would make quicktime handle mp3 in your browser.
I meant open with.

Where can I change the file association?
rightclick->openwith
Apparently the clips on the webpage I linked don't go to MP3s, they link to "M3U Audio Playlists", whatever those are. Any ideas?
I doubt those can be played from a browser. You might have to deal with downloading and playing them by hand.
firefox has a handy program called Downloadthemall or something like that. It does it for you.
I'm unsure if chrome has anything similar.
