Okay guys, as I said I've had literally enough, for almost a month css and cs:go has been NON STOP FPS DROPS. My computer used to run C:SS native low graphics fine and now it just lags. Ive tried cleaning my computer shooting compressed air, I thought it was temperature but my Temp have never gone over 60C since cleaning. I dont know any more, Ive tried updating my graphics driver, Ive tried formatting and tried configs, nothing seems to be working! If I cant fix this I might just end up quitting gaming because its just so unbearable. Here are my specs...

Again this lag is what i can literally explain as a "CLICKING" I literally here a nasty clicking noise every time my fps drops. i can be running on 140 fps then DROP literally to 10-30 in a split second, and it happens rapidly so it goes fluctuates a lot.
Please guys if you cant find a fix, I give up.
Is the clicking noise coming from the game or from the PC? If it's from the PC, it could be a piece of hardware failing

Yeah, hardware failing is mostly the fault of problems with your PC. How old is your PC?
If it clicks, that sounds like it may be a failing hard drive.
Hrm. Your specs are equal to or greater than mine... so I'd say physically clean your system a bit. For minimum accident potential go buy some can o' air (computer-cleaning compressed air) and dust it out.
Also do the normal maintenance stuff and make sure your driver are up-to-date.
And try turning your GFX settings down?
All these small things make a world of difference when you don't want to pay big money for some new hardware (which I suggest getting within a year or two).
