I'm on Win7, and I like to have everything matching on my desktop, so I need to change the Steam tray icon. Any way to do this? I've googled, but gotten misleading results. Thanks for any help.
Use a reshacker and change the icon of the .exe file, should work.

Don't reshack steam. VAC might get you. Plus the icon is \Steam\Public\steam_tray.ico
