And since Google+ has no advertising and most people don't know about it, they will think Google+ copied Facebook!
Google blew it, they waited way to long to officially release G+ to the public, they will never get users now.
R.I.P. Google+ at least we got major updates and redesigns for every Google project as a tie-in

Yeah they were in beta for a month, that's why G+ won't beat facebook.
Google+ is still much cleaner, but I dunno if it'll catch on
Thats pretty childish of them
Not really, they're trying to compete. Which is a good thing.
Facebook will be dead by 2014 at the latest. People said MySpace would never be beaten, but eventually people moved to the more 'mature' Facebook which offered a more mature, clean layout than MySpace. Facebook is becoming more cluttered and unusable with each update (the chat for example) and I reckon a growing number of people will migrate to Google+ as the word gets out.

and then Google+ will die and so on.

I don't think anyone has ever said sutch a thing.
Though, I think this is a good thing, cause if they both want to be the best they will start working for it even more.

Why don't you think that? People now are saying it with Facebook, so why should't they have been back then?
Google need to do a massive wide scale advertisement campaign, then bam, they got everyone they could ever need.
Google+ sucks compared to facebook, feature wise that is. The whole circles idea is dumb, you can't even post on people's profiles. I lost all faith when they added games.
google+ is useless
facebook is trying to consolidate online social identities by allowing people to sign into other websites using their facebook (for instance flickr, and even MYSPACE), which is going to make them the king.
IMO I don't really see Google+ taking off on a large scale simply because its so similar to facebook already
The reason why Facebook exploded was becasue MySpace went to shit, and it was just a huge mess instead of being a nice clean and mature social networking experience that everyone could get behind. Plus it grew a reputation of being tweeny, which nobody likes to associate with. Facebook on the otherhand grew a popularity among college students (when it was exclusive to college students), which generally the world somewhat looks up to a standard of "cool factor" and "innovation"
Google+ is exactly like facebooks in those reguards, except with less adds and a few new features. That's not going to be enough to get people to move over on a large scale.
But, i predict it will be popular among smaller circles of friends and associates, and maybe even become popular exclusively with the college crowd because of it's differences between facebook. And thus the cycle continues, though it won't be as sudden of a shift (if there is one at all).
I think you guys underestimate how many people actually use Facebook, it's like an eighth of the entire population of the world. Google would have to make something really great to get that many users, but no, it's a shit boring, cleaner carbon copy of Facebook without all the things people actually use Facebook for. I don't see Facebook faultering any time soon.
Google+ will come along, and Facebook and Twitter will suffer the same fate as Myspace.
Then something else will come along and Google+ will fall as well.

You make a post and mention them (@namehere). The games were added to a separate tab whose contents do not appear in your feed, to see game related feed you click on the games tab. What's the problem?

This. Google+ had the chance during all the anti-FB sentiment, and when everyone went bat shit insane over invites. Now people are over it, telling their friends it sucks and has no users, and posting pics like these:

There is nothing Google can do to save G+ now, they missed their chance, they blew it.
I think that people are way too accustomed to Facebook to switch to G+. The only reason the Myspace -> Facebook switch happened was because Myspace was terrible.
Facebook isn't bad.
Google can advertise it on the homepage of google. Itll catch on then.

I disagree with the bold, but people agree with it. That whole site is clunky, slow and needs to be redone from the ground up. Google+ is just so fresh and slick, and very fluid and responsive.
Its called opinion :v:
