Out of nowhere the language selector appeared on start bar

In keyboard language list only US is available. Why is french there and how to remove it? I don't even use french.
Very odd glitch, you don't have any French language packs installed? Try adding the french keyboard, press apply, then remove it, and press apply

Wow thanks a lot. How stupid of me to not think of adding and removing french. It's gone now.
Still weird how it happened, I never dealt with anything in french, no language packs or software or anything to do with french, not sure why it popped up there.
