Advice on Parts: PSU, HDD and Case

I've decided to spend some ~400-500AUD on a new PSU (desperately needed), HDD (desperately needed) and a new case (half half needed).

Anyway seeing as most of you who peruse this forum aren't from Australia; don't worry too much about price (but be reasonable) and focus more on the parts. That is if you decide to help.

I've chosen a high-wattage PSU because I want to expand in the nearish future.
Has anyone here got any experience with the case I've chosen? Build quality? That sort of thing.
I've read and watched a few reviews of it and they all are positive, but I'm curious to see what Facepunch has to say about it.

Now I'll be using the 1TB HDD for storage of games, music, movies etc. I have a 250GB HDD that will be used solely for OS and other applications. Will having a 1TB HDD have a negative effect on speed for games(loading times etc) etc or is the one I've chosen fairly good?

Nothing wrong with the case other than Lian-Li overprice their cases for looks.

Unless your 250GB HDD is 5400RPM, you'll have no difference on anything using the 1TB as a secondary.

You could save a bit on the case. This one doesn't have the flashy lights but is still a nice case.
