The riddle on this one is "Who wants to be a Millionaire?" I really hope it isn't a reference to the tv show.

I got to #11, and I'm the third person to do so. Out of two other people who got there, one person beat it in 20 some tries, and another guy is still stuck there on 100+ tries.
