Oh god I am not good with computer how did I get here - Belkin Router fucked up

Okay, so recently my router's fucked up for no reason. I've tried restoring to factory settings, holding down the reset button, unplugging it and replugging it and nothing's worked. The main problem is, my brother's phone, my brother's ps3 and my ipod all can't connect to the wifi. "Unable to join the network Mcfloppy 2.0" is the error my ipod gives. My PC works because it's directly plugged in with an ethernet cable. The other day I tried to forward my ports (which, ultimately, fucked up) and asked my friend to fix it after which I recieved a static IP and a fucked up router.

Do they have the right password to the WiFi? The reset could've reset it to the initial password.

Okay, still playing up. The password is correct. It works for a short while whenever I reset the router/change the SSID before I have to change it again.

Call up Belkin see if they can help you out as they may need to send you a new router.

My PC is 192.168.2.2. My ipod, however, is 192.168.2.3. It doesn't appear to be noticed here. I've managed to get short amounts of life from it (about 10 minute bursts of internet for ipod) however it ultimately dies. It doesn't appear to be here.
