getting a new case for the motherboard of a prebuilt

So basically, i have [url=http://www.e4me.com/products/products.html?prod=T6532]this[/url] with a couple of parts switched out (new cpu, more ram, and a 6850, but unimportant to the matter at hand), but i wanna get [url=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156062]this[/url] case.
I've never replaced a case before, and considering my mobo is emachines, i'm not entirely sure it would fit properly in that case.
Case is shit, get this:

Find out what the form factor of your motherboard is, if it isn't BTX it will fit.
I need a new power supply as well, that was the charm of the other one.

okay it's even worse, 360W
for a modern PC 12V is the most important rail which is why any decent PSU will be able to output most/all of it's advertised wattage on it
