Thats a pretty good deal. What is your budget?
You should reinstall Windows and use the 64 bit version. You're losing use of 1 GB of your 4 GB of existing RAM because you're using 32 bit Windows. But that deal is pretty good, it would be a nice upgrade from your existing machine.
Budget is about $300, Was about to upgrade to 64bit this week, Thanks, Probably will invest in it.

But just in case you mean buying windows 64 bit: You can just download the 64 bit iso and install it with the same key as your current windows installation.

Would Win8 cause issues with modern games more then Win7? [editline]28th May 2013[/editline] I would consider if I can be pretty sure it will improve stability/gaming.

[editline]28th May 2013[/editline] I would consider if I can be pretty sure it will improve stability/gaming.[/QUOTE] The only difference in Windows 8 is the removal of the Start menu and added Metro, plus a few under the hood changes that make some things slightly faster. You already have Windows 7, and you can use the existing license you have for either the 32 or 64 bit version. It doesn't really make sense to spend $100+ for such minor changes.
As Gigabite above me said. If you have win 7, there is no need to upgrade to win8. If you are on XP or Vista, there is. (you seem to be on 7 though)
Oh, I'll keep this in mind, I had faint idea that above was true. Thanks.
