[WIN 10]Constant Device Disconnected Sound After Fixing Previous Problem

After fixing a previous problem wherein my laptop would not "fully" connect to my wifi, I followed the instructions [URL="http://superuser.com/questions/677608/windows-7-and-8-0-bug-network-icon-is-marked-as-no-internet-access"]listed here[/URL] at the bottom of the page. That immediately fixed the issue. However, shortly after, the problem that is the topic of this thread appeared. I have been searching for an answer but nothing useful has come up. One thing did suggest that it's a service failing to start but I don't know how to check that. I've tried to find device disconnected events in the event viewer but no luck.

I'd like to get an actual fix rather than sweep it under the rug and disable the sound.
