In Need of a New Monitor

My HP w2007 monitor is old, and I'm wanting to upgrade from 1680x1050 to 1920x1080.

If possible, could I get some suggestions for a new monitor? I live in the US, and my budget is $170, $200 tops(Not including shipping). I prefer 23"-24", but 21" is about as low as I can go. Hookup doesn't matter to me, really. I would like at least two hookups(One HDMI and one DVI if possible).

Lower is better
I'd suggest the VS239 however, it's an IPS panel compared with the 238 which is plain old TN.

Wow you can get a 23" IPS for $175? My plain 19" LCD's cost me that much when I bought them originally.

Yeah, I kind of want the HDMI and DVI so I can hookup my PS3 to the monitor.

Could have gotten a HDMI to DVI cable, or a DVI to HDMI.
