Xbox 360 Airflo third party controller - Diagonal input only on right stick

I got [URL="https://www.amazon.com/Air-Flo-Controller-Xbox-360-Wired/dp/B005761E70?th=1"]this[/URL] third party xbox 360 controller, used, a year ago and while it mostly works fine, the only problem is that the right stick will only output diagonal movement. So ingame, moving the right stick left and right only will move the camera diagonally, and moving the stick up and down does absolutely nothing at all. I've tried everything I could think of, from reinstalling drivers, to messing with x360ce and I cannot get it to work at all. Right now its just a paperweight with a fan in it.

Sounds like the joystick died. You'll either have to get crafty and replace the joystick by soldering a new one, or just buy another controller.
